A femalemale sought to share the commune with 4 people. We are looking for one more occupant as there are 4 already. The commune is located close to various amenities in the main road and public transport upcoming BRT - Corlett Drive, not far from Louis Botha .Levies and rates are already included except for pre paid electricity which is paid for jointly by occupants ranging around R400 to R550 a month, all depending on usage by tenants. Extra R30 for buying of cleaning supplies. It has a spacious yard and parking. Unlimited wifi is also available. A TV and DSTV Premium in the common room Is also available. Deposit is R3100 and payment of the deposit is upfront however can be done in two or 3 monthly instalments if not affordable at a time of resuming the stay . Rent is also paid upront every month on the last day before the start of a new month. Ability to keep the place clean and safe is important. Moderate social activities allowed once in a while but not big parties to keep the place safe and comfortable for other housemates. Trustworthiness is also key to keep the place secured for all. Occupancy can take place immediately with pro rata arrangements if it is before 1 April 2026. The commune is ideal for young professionals. Middle age professionals also welcome. The occupant needs to bring own bed or a plan can be made for those without to be given a basic single bed as a temporal measure. If they don't have a bed, we can borrow them a single bed or double bed until they have their own in a period of 3 months. The occupant would need to bring own cooking pots, dishes, iron and cutlery . The fridge, stove and microwave is available.The bathroom and toilet is communal. The lounge is fully furnished. with a DSTV full boquet. This accommodation is for single occupancy and not for a family and children. Sleep overs allowed only reasonably. If they exceed 5 days in a month, it would have cost implications that would need consultation with the Lessor prior. Squatting is not allowed.
