It is a fully furnished, self-catering unit located on the owner’s property in Welgelegen, attached to the main house but with a separate entrance. Parking for a single vehicle is provided on the driveway. Water is included and electricity usage will be invoiced. Access to the unit: The tenant has access to a locked wooden gate entrance to the apartment. Bedroom: The bedroom has a single bed and we provide all bedding (if preferred). Kitchenette: The kitchenette is equipped for heat-and-eat and also contains a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery, and a Snappy chef induction hot plate. Bathroom: The room has a stylish, private on-suite bathroom fitted with a refreshing shower, washbasin and toilet.
